Ramadan 1434 H

Ramadan datang lagi, 2012, perasaanku berbaur, bercampur-campur, yang pastinya, aku akan berpantang pada masa itu.  Alhamdulillah, atas kurniaan Mu Ya Allah, seorang puteri akhirnya. Selepas tiga putera, aku pun tidaklah mengharap sangat, bagi ku putera ke puteri, ianya satu amanah dan tanggungjawab buatku dan suamiku. Mudah-mudahan, Allah memberiku kekuatan untuk menjadi ibu yang lembut dan baik kepada anak-anaknya.

Confinement days

What is confinement?
In Malay, known as berpantang. Well, for those who have the experience in delivering baby, they will know how challenging it was, that's why, some people called it labour room. The pain, the excitement, it is difficult to describe the feelings. (that's me). The challenging part in confinement is to religiously follow the dos and ignore the donts. Discipline is essential in confinement.

Farhaturasyidah 3 July 2012

Alhamdulillah, during the 40th  week check up, the O & G doctor found symptoms for delivery. After sending my boys to school including the little boy Fakhri ( I promised him to accompany me to hospital) but the father managed to carry him to the class. The night before, I pity Fakhri as he was still small 3 years and does not speak very well, deep down, I guess he will be traumatized by the existence of his little sister ( if the scan's result  is correct, we should be expecting a baby girl). Pregnancy at this time is very challenging, I did not plan to have one though I have stopped taking depo for 10 months when I felt my body is growing like a balloon. Well, a gift from Allah and alhamdulillah, I did not expect it is going to be a girl. I was not so happy during the pregnancy, so many things happened ( that I want to keep it as personal and lessons for myself). May Allah guides me in making the decision.

35 th week

Alhamdulillah, I have reached 35th week of pregnancy. Life is little bit daunting, hopefully, it will be clearer before delivery, insya Allah. Just instilling positive thoughts as motivation. Sometimes, it is easily said than done. Well, I guess the baby will come out in mid June. Doa and prayers, may Allah grant me the strength to overcome this feeling. Perhaps being too sensitive during pregnancy makes me feel a little bit daunting.

Morning sickness or all day sickness

Expecting the fourth baby is not easy, as I need to face with the usual and prolonged morning sickness, I guess it is not only in the morning
But it is the whole day. Alhamdulillah, despite the sickness, I managed to handle vital tasks being assigned to me. I believe this baby will bring rezeki to the work that I have done.

Happy Holiday my dear sons

My two young boys are away for a holiday and also with a mission to accompany my sis coming back for good to Malaysia. I know sometimes Faris and Fatih miss the ups and down life in England. They know how difficult to get halal food and in most cases, we have to read the labels with extra care just to ensure that we can consume the food. My husband and I have been trying our best to instill the importance of taking halal food and also tayiba. The challenge is when we come back to Malaysia, we assume everything is halal. Faris has been arguing that logo halal issues by JAKIM is the only logo that we should trust, he reads a lot, not only Upin Ipin comic but also news and gossips (I guess)..My doa is hopefully that they are having a great time of school holiday- a week in London..(my body is here in malaysia but my mind is in Edgware Road, London)..:)

November 2011

Alhamdulillah, November comes. It is a meaningful month not only for me but also for all members in the family. Congratulations to my little sister for grabbing the title Dr. the new addition in the family. It is only a beginning and hope life will be better. 2011 flies so fast, and I have been thinking deeply what have I done all these months. Time also to move and hopefully, I have the chance to ziarah Makkah and Madinah soon. Insya Allah, pray for me and all Muslims around the world. Life is meaningless without His Blessings and Barakah.
